Meditative: Christ Rests, an imposing new bronze
head by the sculptor Nic Fiddian-Green, has been installed in
Guildford Cathedral until 30 March, as a focus for contemplation
for Lent- and Holy Week-visitors. Another head, Christ
Rests in Peace, is at Southwark Cathedral until 29 March
