Why has my copy of the Church Times not arrived?

Church Times UK postal delivery:

The Church Times is sent by the Royal Mail, and, sometimes, delivery can be affected by industrial action, weather conditions, and other problems. We share our readers’ frustration, but the delays are beyond our ability to remedy.

When these delays occur, we are reluctant to send out replacement copies, as these are unlikely to arrive before the original copy, and can be wasteful and time-consuming.

If your subscription includes digital access: our website and app for iOS and Android are updated regularly, and each issue is available to read in full every Friday, plus breaking news through the week. If you do not access our website or app currently, please contact subs@hymnsam.co.uk for their assistance.

If you have a print-only subscription: you may wish to consider upgrading to include a digital subscription. A two-month digital subscription costs just £10. See our subscribe page for details. This is open to existing print only subscribers in the UK as well as brand new subscribers worldwide.

*please note, the Church Times app is not compatable with software older than iOS: 15.5 and Android: 6.0 (Marshmallow). An iOS device released before 2015 (other than the iPad Air 2) and any Android device older than the Samsung Galaxy J1 will therefore not run the app properly
