Dean to retire

THE Very Revd James Atwell, Dean of Winchester, in that diocese, since 2006, will retire in June. Before his present appointment, he had been Provost of St Edmundsbury Cathedral, in St Edmundsbury & Ipswich diocese, from 1995 to 2000, and its Dean from 2000 to 2006.
