A cortège of ice cream vans transported the coffin of a teenager, Lydia Cole, to her funeral at St Michael and All Angels, Walford, in Ross-on-Wye, on Thursday of last week. Ms Cole, who was 18, died last month after being treated for seizures. She had spent summers selling ice creams from the back of a van. The vans were provided by M&M Ice Creams, for whom she used to work. She was described as a “bubbly, giggly” young woman
