Lichfield archdeacon

THE Ven. Simon Baker, Archdeacon of Lichfield since 2013, will resign on 31 May. He will remain Rector of St Michael, St Mary and St John Wall, Lichfield. Before taking up his current posts, he served in Winchester diocese from 1998, as Lay Ministry Adviser and Warden of Readers, Director of Ministry Development, and Director of Ministry and Pastoral Planning, and was an Hon. Canon of Winchester Cathedral.

ANGELL. The Revd Geoffrey Angell, Chaplain of the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (Leicester).

CARROLL. The Revd Dr Anthony Carroll, Assistant Curate of St Augustine with Mary and St Eanswythe and St Saviour, Folkestone (Canterbury).

FOX. The Revd Dr Michael Fox, NSM (Associate Minister) of Codsall (Lichfield): 5 March.

GITTINGS. The Revd Graham Gittings, Stafford Episcopal Area Ecumenical Adviser (Lichfield).

LANGE-SMITH. The Revd Michael Lange-Smith, Rector of St Martin and St Peter la Roque, Jersey de Grouville (Canterbury and Winchester): 30 September.

McCONNELL. The Revd Peter McConnell, Priest-in-Charge of Longhorsley (Newcastle): 19 February.

MITTON. The Revd Michael Mitton, Hon. Priest-in-Charge of St Paul’s, Derby, and Hon. Canon of Derby Cathedral (Derby): 1 July, becoming Canon Emeritus.

PASK. The Revd Victoria Pask, Chaplain of the Grey Coat Hospital School (London), remaining Canon Emeritus of Exeter Cathedral (Exeter).

POWELL. The Revd Stuart Powell, Vicar of St Martin’s and St Stephen’s, Wolverhampton (Lichfield).

REDMAN. The Revd Michael Redman, NS Assistant Curate of St Paul’s, St Marylebone (London).

SANDHAM. The Revd Shaun Sandham, Priest-in-Charge of Kells (Carlisle): 26 May.

WADE. The Revd David Wade, Priest-in-Charge of Canning Town: 10 February, remaining Vicar of St Luke’s, Victoria Docks, and Hon. Canon of Chelmsford Cathedral (Chelmsford).

WARD. The Revd Timothy Ward, NSM (Associate Minister) of Great Barr (Lichfield).

WILLIAMS. The Revd Terence Williams, Rector of Ashley and Mucklestone and Broughton and Croxton (Lichfield): 28 February.

WOOD. The Revd Roger Wood, Rector of Bolton by Bowland with Grindleton (Blackburn): 31 March.
