Bodmin retirement

THE Ven. Dr Audrey Elkington, Archdeacon of Bodmin, in Truro diocese, since 2011 is to retire on 28 February. She was ordained priest in 1994, having served as deaconess and deacon. Her ministry before moving to Truro was in Newcastle diocese, in parishes, as rural dean, bishop’s adviser for women’s ministry, bishop’s chaplain, and director of ordinands. In Truro diocese, she also served as Rural Dean of Trigg Major from 2016 to 2019.

 

HARTLEY. The Revd Denis Hartley, Assistant Curate of All Saints’, Margate (Canterbury): 30 November.

HINES. The Revd Dr Richard Hines, Rural Dean of Wisbech Lynn Marshland (Ely).

MOORE. The Revd Roberta Moore, Hon. Priest-in-Charge of St Aidan’s, Belfast (Connor).

NORTH. The Rt Revd Philip North, Priest-in-Charge of St Mark’s, Burnley, remaining Bishop of Burnley (Blackburn), and Master of the College of Guardians of the Anglican Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham (Norwich).

STURGEON. The Revd Gerrie Sturgeon, NS Assistant Curate of Abbeydale and Millhouses (Sheffield).

WILTON. The Revd Carlyn Wilton, Assistant Curate (Assistant Priest) of Carbis Bay with Lelant (Truro).
