TELEVISION: Sunday 1.15pm (BBC1) Songs of Praise Katherine Jenkins visits the Roman Catholic cathedral in Arundel, and Radzi Chinyanganya meets the chart-topping nuns the Poor Clares.

Monday 9pm (C4) Taken: Hunting the sex traffickers Filmed in Brazil, an organised crime group is tracked as it trafficks women from South America to work in UK brothels (1/3).

Wednesday 10pm (BBC4) The Hillsong Church: God goes viral — Storyville A look at the megachurch Hillsong, which has become an international phenomenon.

 

RADIO: Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship The Bishop of Llandaff preaches at St Peter’s, Senghenydd, near Caerphilly, in a service exploring rebirth and renewal after trauma.

10.30am (World Service) Heart and Soul Muslim Uighurs speak about the ways in which their poetry offers support, succour, and resistance.

3pm (R3) Choral Evensong A repeat of this week’s service from Westminster Abbey to mark the 400th anniversary of the death of the church musician Edmund Hooper.

Wednesday 3.30pm (R3) Choral Evensong From Selwyn College, Cambridge, for the eve of the feast of St Mary Magdalene, recorded on 29 June.
