Suffolk archdeacon
THE Ven. Jeanette Gosney, Archdeacon of Suffolk, in St Edmundsbury & Ipswich diocese, since 2020, is to retire on 25 April 2023. She was ordained priest in 1996 and served her title in St Edmundsbury & Ipswich diocese. She became a university and school chaplain, and Tutor of Trinity College, Bristol, before returning to parishes in St Albans diocese. She rejoined St Edmundsbury & Ipswich diocese in 2017, as Bishop’s Ministry Officer, and has served as Diocesan Adviser for Women’s Ministry.
